Welcome to the Zolt Group website (www.onzolt.com). These Terms of Service govern your use of our coaching, mentorship, and recruitment services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Definitions
1.1. “Zolt Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the coaching, mentorship, and recruitment company operating under the name of The Zolt Group, registered in England, United Kingdom.
1.2. “Client User” refers to individuals seeking employment coaching or participating in the career mentorship program.
1.3. “Coach User” refers to industry experts with recruitment experience providing employment coaching.
1.4. “Website” refers to The Zolt Group’s website located at www.onzolt.com.
1.5. “Service(s)” refers to the three key services provided by The Zolt Group: Employment Coaching, Career Mentorship, and VIP Jobs Subscription.
Employment Coaching
2.1. Employment coaching prepares jobseekers with mock interviews, feedback and general preparation conducted by industry expert coaches with recruitment experience in the relevant field.
2.2. Client Users must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation before their first appointment to claim a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2.3. After the first appointment, no refund will be provided for future appointments due to costs incurred by the company.
2.4. The total combined session time available to a Client User is 2.5 hours, scheduled based on the availability of both clients and coaches.
Career Mentorship
Career mentorship is a 12-month program this is a 12 month mentorship program. Clients are mentored by an industry expert and are entitled to receive 55 hours worth of coaching within 12 months. If the client fails to use their time within the 12 months, the time becomes lost and no refund is available. If a client wants to cancel this service they must request to do so before they have accumulated no more than 5 hours of mentorship. Each case will be reviewed individually and the client may end up paying only the costs for services provided. Any refunds due will be provided within 10 business days.
VIP Jobs Subscription
4.1. The VIP Jobs Subscription allows users to access exclusive job offers after purchasing a subscription package of a minimum of three months.
4.2. The jobs posted will have a minimum salary of £50,000 or the equivalent in the members’ local currency.
4.3. No refunds will be provided for the first 3 months of the subscription. Upon membership approval, members gain immediate access to view and get insights into our exclusive jobs list.
4.4. Users may cancel their membership, but refunds will only be applicable for cancellations after the initial 3 months, subject to the terms of cancellation being met.
4.5. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the start of a new month.
All User Responsibilities
5.1. Coach Users and Mentor Users are responsible for providing professional, constructive, and respectful coaching during sessions. Coach Users and Mentor users are expected to provide flexibility of booking appointments and provide alternative dates to Client Users if necessary. Coach Users and Mentor Users may not use Client Users data or provide any service or offering to any Client User originating from the Zolt platform outside of this platform without the knowledge and authorisation of The Zolt Group. Any such breech may lead to legal action being taken.
5.2. Coach Users and Mentor users must maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by Client Users during the coaching and mentorship sessions. Where specified, these sessions should be recorded and provided to Zolt.
5.3. Client Users are responsible for attending sessions promptly and attending the session fully prepared subject to information and instructions provided.
6.4. Client Users should be respectful and receptive to feedback provided by Coach Users and Mentor Users during coaching sessions.
Prohibited Uses
6.1. Users shall not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
6.2. Users shall not engage in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the website or services.
6.3. Users shall not impersonate any individual or entity or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or organisation.
Support and Service Levels
7.1. Zolt Group shall provide reasonable support to users regarding service-related inquiries.
7.2. The availability of services may be subject to maintenance and occasional interruptions, for which Zolt Group will strive to provide advance notice.
Term and Termination
8.1. These Terms of Service shall remain in effect from the date of acceptance or until services are terminated by either party.
8.2. Users may terminate their account at any time by following the cancellation procedure described on the website.
8.3. Zolt Group may terminate any user’s access to the services for violating these terms or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
Security and Privacy of Information
9.1. The Zolt Group takes the security and privacy of user information seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user data.
9.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and shall not share them with third parties.
User Generated Content
10.1. Users may submit content to the website as part of their interaction with the services.
10.2. Users grant Zolt Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their user-generated content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
Intellectual Property Ownership
11.1. The website, services, and all content, trademarks, and copyrights associated with Zolt Group’s brand are the property of Zolt Group and its licensors.
11.2. Users may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property owned by Zolt Group without prior written consent.
Platform Links to Third Parties
12.1. The website may contain links to third-party websites and services. Zolt Group does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content and practices of third-party websites.
12.2. Users access third-party websites at their own risk and are subject to the terms and policies of those websites.
Indemnification
13.1. Users agree to indemnify and hold Zolt Group harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of the services or violation of these terms.
Limitations of Liability
14.1. Zolt Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
14.2. The Zolt Group’s total liability to users for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
Arbitration
15.1. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Act.
15.2. The arbitration shall take place in London, United Kingdom, and the award shall be final and binding.
Service Providers, Coaches, and Mentors
16.1. Coaches and mentors engaged in providing employment coaching and career mentorship through The Zolt Group are contracted to work with Zolt and are not direct employees of The Zolt Group.
16.2. The Zolt Group carefully selects and partners with industry expert coaches and mentors to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
16.3. The relationship between the coaches, mentors, and The Zolt Group is governed by a separate agreement that outlines the terms of engagement, responsibilities, and compensation.
16.4. Coaches and mentors are committed to upholding the highest professional standards and providing valuable guidance and support to client users throughout their coaching or mentorship journey.
16.5. The Zolt Group ensures that coaches and mentors possess the necessary qualifications, experience, and expertise to deliver effective coaching and mentorship services to Client Users.
16.6. Whilst The Zolt Group strives to maintain a long-term working relationship with coaches and mentors, individual coaching or mentorship assignments may be subject to change based on client demand and business needs.
16.7. Client Users understand and acknowledge that coaches and mentors are external service providers engaged by Zolt Group and may not be available for immediate or ongoing engagement outside of scheduled coaching or mentorship sessions.
16.8. Clients agree to treat coaches and mentors with respect and professionalism during coaching or mentorship sessions, recognising their expertise and commitment to the success of the coaching or mentorship relationship.
16.9. Confidentiality is essential in the coaching and mentorship process, and both clients and coaches/mentors shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive or personal information shared during sessions.
16.10. Zolt Group assumes no liability for the actions, conduct, or advice provided by coaches and mentors during the coaching or mentorship process, as they operate as independent contractors and assume responsibility for their services.
16.11. Zolt Group may provide a platform for Clients Users to rate and review their coaching or mentorship experiences to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of services provided.
16.12. If any issues or concerns arise regarding a coach or mentor’s conduct or the coaching/mentorship process, clients are encouraged to reach out to The Zolt Group to facilitate resolution or feedback.
16.13. Clients and users acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability, indemnification, and arbitration clauses stated in these Terms of Service also extend to coaches and mentors engaged by The Zolt Group.
Eligibility
17.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have the necessary legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
18.1. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between users and Zolt Group regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
Governing Law
19.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
